So I will talk to you about a French city called Lyon, one of the main cities of the country.
I will show you some nice pictures of the city, for example this one, a nice building.

The city resembles Paris a lot, with similar architecture, streets, and kinds of entertainment available. My favorite restaurants were Okawali Ramen, Le Goût de Kyun, and Barraceviche.
There is also L’Alexandrin for more refined food and a more sophisticated dining experience that you can’t find everywhere. It’s top-tier food: sometimes you don’t even know what you’re eating, but it’s absolutely delicious, like traveling in your mouth.
These are very diverse types of food, from all over the world.
In the city center, there’s a neighbourhood called La Guillotière, known to be somewhat special. It’s strange because it’s separated from an extremely wealthy neighbourhood by just one bridge.
Lyon has several places where radically different neighbourhoods sit right next to each other. One of Lyon’s main suburban towns almost completes the city’s geographic ring, so at first it feels like you’re still in Lyon. But you’re absolutely not: the difference becomes obvious almost immediately. You start walking past gangster, trap-house-type shit places which are more trap doors than houses.
The city also has nice romantic places, like the riverbanks, or the large hill with the Basilica of Fourvière on top, creating a real atmosphere at night.
The city has an extensive nightlife with all kinds of music, mostly separated into two categories: a wide range of electronic music, generally techno, which tends to attract a mostly white crowd, and mainstream Latin music, which tends to attract another specific crowd.
You’ll also find other music styles, but they’re not as common as these two.
